TECITES  JUNIORS & SENIORS -- Print, fill out & send the following to Office of Youth Ministry:
TEC Weekend Application for HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR or JUNIOR
TEC Weekend Code of Conduct for TECITES 20 AND UNDER
 
TECITES  GRADUATED SENIORS 18 YRS & OLDER -- Print, fill out & send the following to Office of Youth Ministry:
TEC Weekend Application for YOUNG ADULTS
TEC Weekend Code of Conduct for TECITES 18 AND OVER
TEC Weekend Adult Medical Information Form B (TEAM 18+)
ALL ADULTS 18 and over on TEC weekends with teenagers must fill out these forms for Background Check
 
ADULT OBSERVERS -- Print, fill out & send the following to Office of Youth Ministry:
TEC Weekend Application for ADULT OBSERVER
TEC Weekend Code of Conduct for OBSERVERS
ALL ADULTS 18 and over WORKING or OBSERVING TEC weekends with teenagers
must fill out these forms for Background Check and be Certified by the Diocesan Office of Safe Environment by completing the online "Shield the Vulnerable" course work.
 
TEAM -- Print, fill out & send the following to Office of Youth Ministry:
ALL ADULTS 18 and over WORKING or OBSERVING TEC weekends with teenagers
must fill out these forms for Background Check and be Certified by the Diocesan Office of Safe Environment by completing the online "Shield the Vulnerable" course work.
